Cristy Duce is the ringleader of Cactus Creative, where she combines her love of the western lifestyle with a knack for bold branding and whip-smart and totally personalized strategy. An audiobook junkie, mentor, barrel racer, and cat rancher ;), Cristy knows how to dial in on what makes you and your business special and unique and turn up the volume through strategy and design.
As the founder, creative director, and lead strategist, she takes the reins on every project and steps in as your teammate to make your gold buckle dreams a reality.
When she’s not building brands, you’ll find her chasing endless summer, water and snow skiing, finding her way back to the barrel racing trail, and trying to ride enough to justify not selling any of her horses ;)

Amelia Sugimoto
operations manager
Born and raised on a farm in Southern Alberta, Amelia’s roots run deep in agriculture. She grew up raising purebred Limousin cattle and sheep, showed cattle competitively in 4-H, and worked at a local vet clinic during her teen years. Today, she still manages her own sheep flock and helps with her family’s farm-to-table beef operation.
At Cactus Creative, Amelia is the behind-the-scenes magician, turning chaos into order with her love for efficiency, tech, and seamless systems. She sets up elegant tech solutions and integrations for our clients, freeing you up to turn screen time into wide-open-spaces time. Amelia keeps everything running like a well-oiled tractor, ensuring our team stays on track and our clients stay happy.

With prairie roots and now calling Southern Utah home, Jill brings a lifetime of western grit and passion to the Cactus Creative team. A former college rodeo athlete and Canadian high school rodeo breakaway roping champion, Jill knows the value of hard work, precision, and a little hustle. When she’s not managing projects and making magic behind the scenes, you might find her treating horses as an Equine Osteopath, checking cows, chasing her toddler, or cuddling her brand-new baby.
At Cactus Creative, Jill combines her deep knowledge of agriculture, love for empowering women, and years of marketing experience in the western world to craft seamless, high-impact projects.
And don’t let her kind and detail-oriented nature fool you—she’s a force to be reckoned with, whether she’s backed into the roping box or battling it out on the basketball court.

Growing up in a rural community, Hanna never expected her first digital marketing job out of high school to be in the western and rodeo niche. But it quickly sparked her love for blending the rich heritage of western aesthetics with modern, innovative design.
With an Associate’s degree in social media marketing and a Bachelor’s in political science, Hanna combines technical expertise with an eye for beauty to create designs that resonate. At Cactus Creative, she’s passionate about telling meaningful stories through stunning, strategic visuals that connect brands with their audiences.
When she’s not designing, you’ll find Hanna reading in the sunshine, thrifting treasures, or chasing her wild children. Inspired by the charm of southern architecture and the range of western aesthetics, she brings warmth and intention to every project.
